Terms & Conditions 條款及細則

1. The organizer (hereafter as “lululemon” or “Organizer”) of this “lululemon recovery series” campaign (“Campaign”) is:
   「lululemon recovery series」活動（「活動」）的主辦單位 （下稱「lululemon」或「主辦單位」）為：

2. By participating in this Campaign, the participant(s) (“Participant(s)”) accept these Terms and Conditions which includes the Organizer’s Terms of Use, and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification and the Organizer shall have the final and absolute decision. In the case of any conflict of the terms and conditions between these Terms and Conditions and any other materials arising from or in connection with this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
   一旦參加本活動，即代表參加者接受本條款及細則（其內容包括主辦單位之使用條款），且認可其隱私權政策。任何違反本條款及細則之行為可能導致喪失參加資格。主辦單位保留最終決定權。本條款及細則若與本活動所產生或與本活動相關的任何其他資料發生衝突，以本條款及細則為準。
3. This Campaign is only open to Participants who reside in Hong Kong.
   「活動」只限居住於香港的人士參加。
4. This Campaign commences on 26 October 2026 and ends on 8 November 2026, both dates inclusive.
   活動日期由2026年10月26日開始至2026年11月8日結束，包括首尾兩天。

Partner Studios & Classes 合作教室及課堂

5. Participant can register for any class(es) on Campaign website (“Class(es)”) provided by Organizer’s partner studio(s) (“Partner Studio(s)”). Please refer to Appendix I for full Partner Studio list.
   參加者可以在活動網站登記參加由主辦單位的合作教室所提供的課堂（“課堂”）。請參閱附錄I查看完整合作教室列表。
6. Each class includes a yoga, training, or running session, followed by a recovery session.
   每個課堂均包括一節瑜伽、訓練或跑步環節，以及一節恢復環節。
7. Only Classes that are listed on Campaign website can be registered at Campaign Ticket Price. Other classes that are provided by Partner Studios that are not listed on Campaign website cannot be registered through Campaign website.
   只有在活動網站上列出的課堂才可以按活動票價登記。其他由合作教室所提供，但並沒有於活動網站上列出的課堂，則無法通過活動網站登記。
8. Date, time, location and details of the Classes are shown on Campaign website. Participants should read all the information before registering for the Classes.
   課堂的日期、時間、地點和詳細內容均在活動網站上顯示。參加者在登記參加課堂前應詳細閱讀所有資料。
9. Participants must agree to Partner Studio’s applicable terms and conditions before attending the Classes and follow Partner Studio’s rules and instructions when attending the Classes. Partner Studio may refuse entry to, or remove from a Class, any Participant who fails to do so, without refund. Partner Studios are independent third parties and are not agents of the Organizer. Each Partner Studio is solely responsible for the Classes it operates, including its premises, instructors, equipment and health and safety measures. To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer makes no representation or warranty regarding, and accepts no responsibility or liability for, the Classes operated by Partner Studio or any act or omission of Partner Studio or its personnel, including their quality, safety, suitability or performance. Participants should contact Partner Studio for details or any enquiries relating to the Classes.
   參加者須於參加課堂前同意合作教室適用的條款及細則，並於參加課堂時遵守合作教室的規則及指示。如參加者未有遵守，合作教室可拒絕其進場或要求其離開課堂，且不獲退款。合作教室為獨立第三方，並非主辦單位的代理人。各合作教室須就其營運的課堂（包括其場地、導師、設備及健康與安全措施）承擔全部責任。在法律允許範圍內，主辦單位對合作教室營運的課堂或合作教室及其人員的任何作為或不作為（包括其質素、安全性、適用性或表現）不作任何陳述或保證，亦不承擔任何責任。如對課堂有任何查詢，參加者應聯絡合作教室。

Registration 登記

10. Ticket Sale Period 售票日期:
    8 October 2026 to 8 November 2026, or until spots last
    2026年10月7日至2026年11月8日，或直到課堂額滿為止
11. Ticket Price 票價:

1. Yoga or Training Classe: HK$580 / Class
   瑜伽或訓練課堂：HK$580/堂
   1. The Ticket Price comprises the HK$530 cost of the Class, and a HK$50 donation by the Organizer to Mind Hong Kong for each Class attended.
      課堂票價包括HK$530課堂費用，以及每位參加者每出席一堂課堂時，由主辦單位向香港心聆捐出的 HK$50。
   2. Participant will receive a HK$200 lululemon shopping voucher (“Shopping Voucher”) for each Class registered. Please refer to Appendix II for Terms & Conditions of the Shopping Voucher.
      每報名參加一堂課堂，參加者即可獲得 HK$200 lululemon購物禮券（「購物禮券」）一張。購物禮券之條款及細則請參考附錄II。
2. Running Cass: HK$320 / Class
   跑步課：HK$320/堂
   1. The Ticket Price comprises the HK$270 cost of the Class, and a HK$50 donation by the Organizer to Mind Hong Kong for each Class attended.
      課堂票價包括HK$270課堂費用，以及每位參加者每出席一堂課堂時，由主辦單位向香港心聆捐出的 HK$50。
   2. Participant will receive a HK$200 lululemon shopping voucher (“Shopping Voucher”) for each Class registered. Please refer to Appendix II for Terms & Conditions of the Shopping Voucher.
      每報名參加一堂課堂，參加者即可獲得 HK$200 lululemon購物禮券（「購物禮券」）一張。購物禮券之條款及細則請參考附錄II。

12. To register: 登記方法：

1. each Participant must be aged 18 or above;
   參加者須年滿18歲或以上；
2. each Participant can only register for a maximum of 2 Classes;
   每位參加者只可以登記參加最多2堂課堂；
3. a confirmation email will be sent to the Participants upon successful registration.
   參加者成功登記參加課堂後會收到確認電郵。

13. Cancellation & Refund 取消及退款

1. Once registration is confirmed, no refunds or Class changes will be accepted.
   報名一經確認，恕不接受退款或更改課堂。
2. In case a Class is cancelled, the Organizer will notify the relevant Participant in writing at least 24 hours before such Class starts (except for cancellation due to bad weather). The Organizer will then cause a refund of the price Participant has paid for such Class.
   如有課堂被取消，主辦單位會在該課堂開始前最少 24 小時以書面形式通知有關參加者及安排退款（因惡劣天氣而取消除外）。
3. Refund will be made to Participant’s original payment method and Participant can receive the money back in 7-10 working days according to bank practice.
   退款會於 7 至 10 個工作天退回參加者在登記參加該課堂時使用的付款方式（退款到賬時間根據銀行慣例而定）。

Severe Weather 惡劣天氣

14. Please refer to Partner Studio’s website or call Partner Studio to check severe weather arrangement. In case the Classes are cancelled due to Severe Weather condition, payment will be refunded to Participant’s original payment method and Participant can receive the money back in 7-14 working days after the date of the Classes according to bank practice.
    請參閱合作教室的網站或致電合作教室，以了解惡劣天氣下的課堂安排。如果課堂因為惡劣天氣而取消，主辦單位將安排退款於 7 至 14個工作天退回參加者在登記參加課堂時使用的付款方式（退款到賬時間根據銀行慣例而定）。

Health & Safety 健康及安全

15. Participant agrees and acknowledges that: (a) Participant is in proper physical condition to participate in the Classes and is aware that participation could, in some circumstances, may result in physical injury, serious physical injury or death; and (b) Participants understands Participant’s physical limitations and is sufficiently self-aware to stop physical activity before Participant becomes ill or injured.
    參加者同意及了解：(a) 參加者身體狀況良好，有能力參加課堂，並且知道某些情況下參加課堂有可能導致身體受傷、嚴重身體傷害或死亡；(b) 參加者了解自己的身體限制，並且具有足夠的自我意識，在感到不適或受傷之前停止身體活動。
16. Participant is aware that it is advisable to consult a physician prior to participating in the Class. If Participant has consulted a physician, Participant must follow the physician’s advice.
    參加者知道如有需要應在參加活動之前諮詢醫生建議。如果參加者已經諮詢了醫生，參加者必須遵從醫生的建議。
17. Participant is aware that there is no obligation for any person to provide Participant with medical care during the Classes. Participant understands and acknowledges that: (a) there may be no aid stations available for the Classes; and (b) if medical care is rendered to Participant, Participant consents to that care if Participant is unable to give Participant’s consent for any reason at the time that the care is rendered.
    參加者明白在課堂期間，沒有任何人有義務為參加者提供醫療支援。參加者了解並清楚：(a) 課堂上可能沒有任何救援設備；(b) 如果有醫療支援提供予參加者，而參加者因任何原因而無法在支援提供時給予同意，參加者同意接受該支援。
18. Participant who is pregnant should only register for Classes that are suitable for pregnant women. Participant can look into this information in the Classes description on Campaign website.
    懷孕的參加者應只登記參加適合孕婦的課堂。參加者可以在活動網站上的課堂資訊中查閱此信息。

Liability 免責聲明

19. “Claim(s)” includes but is not limited to any and all liabilities, claims, demands, legal actions, rights of actions for damages, loss, personal injury or death in connection with participation in the Campaign.
    「索償」包括但不限於涉及參加活動的損害、損失、人身傷害或死亡的任何和所有責任、索償、要求、法律行動、行為權利。
20. Participant hereby, for Participant’s self and for Participant’s heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns, fully release, waive and forever discharge any and all rights or Claims that Participant may have now or in the future, against the Organizer, even if the Claims are based on the carelessness, negligence, wilful misconduct, default or gross negligence of the Organizer or anyone else. Without limiting the foregoing, Participant further releases any recourse which Participant may now or hereafter have resulting from any decision of the Organizer.
    參加者在此代表自己及其繼承人、遺產繼承人、執行人、管理人和受讓人，完全解除、放棄並永久性地撤銷參加者現在或將來可能對主辦單位所擁有的任何和所有權利或索償，即使這些索償基於主辦單位或其他人的不小心、疏忽、故意的不當行為、過失或嚴重疏忽。在不局限上述內容的原則下，參加者進一步放棄現在或將來因主辦單位的任何決定而可能採取的任何追索行動。
21. Participant agrees not to sue the Organizer for Claims, even if the Claims arise from the carelessness, negligence, wilful misconduct, default or gross negligence of the Organizer or anyone else. Participant agrees to indemnify (reimburse for any damage or loss) and hold harmless the Organizer from any damage, loss or liability (including any reasonable legal fees they may incur) defending any Claim made by the Participant or anyone making a Claim on Participant’s behalf, even if the Claim is alleged to or did result from the carelessness, negligence, wilful misconduct, default or gross negligence of any Organizer or anyone else.
    參加者同意即使索償是由主辦單位或其他人的不小心、疏忽、故意的不當行為、過失或嚴重疏忽引起的，也不會對主辦單位提起訴訟。參加者同意對主辦單位進行賠償（補償任何損失或損害），並使其免受任何損害、損失或責任的影響（包括其可能產生的任何合理的法律費用），以保護其對參加者提出的任何索償或任何代表參加者提出索償的人的防禦，即使該索償被聲稱或確實是由任何主辦單位或其他人的不小心、疏忽、故意的不當行為、過失、或嚴重疏忽引起的。

General Terms 一般條款

22. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect, consequential or special loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with or arising from this Campaign.
    對於與本活動有關或由本活動導致而遭受的任何損失或損害（包括但不限於間接、附帶或特別損失），或因本活動而遭受或持續的人身傷害，主辦單位概不負責。
23. Participant grants Participant’s permission to the Organizer, to utilize any photographs, motion pictures, videotapes, recordings and other references or records of the Campaign which may depict, record or refer to Participant for any purpose (“Images”), including commercial use by the Organizer. This permission is for use anywhere in the world and on the internet and for an unlimited period of time. Participant understands and agrees that Participant will not be compensated or receive additional consideration for consenting to the use of the Images and that Participant will not be given a chance to receive, inspect or approve the promotional or marketing material, messages and/or content that may use the Images. Participant hereby releases the Organizer including, without limitation, all persons who took or otherwise created, recorded or modified the Images, from any and all claims, actions, damages, interest, costs, expense and compensation of whatsoever kind and howsoever arising, whether known or unknown, and which Participant now has or at any time hereafter can, shall or may have in connection with, or in any way resulting or arising from, the Images and the creation, use or disposition of them.
    參加者同意授予主辦單位使用任何可能描述、記錄或提及參加者的活動相片、動態圖片、錄影帶、錄音帶和其他參考資料或活動記錄，以供任何目的使用（「影像」），包括主辦單位的商業用途。此授權可在全球任何地方和互聯網上使用，並可無限期持續。參加者明白並同意，參加者不會因同意使用這些影像而獲得任何補償或收取額外代價，且參加者不會有機會查看或批准有可能使用這些影像的促銷或市場材料、信息和/或內容。參加者在此解除主辦單位，包括但不限於所有拍攝、創建、記錄或修改影像的人，免受參加者現在或將來可能因影像的創建、使用或處置而產生的任何和所有索償、行動、損害、利益、成本、費用和補償的影響，不論其種類為何和如何引致、已知或未知。
24. Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Organizer shall own all right, title and interest, throughout the world, in and to the Images and any materials compromising all or any part of the Images, and the Organizer has the unrestricted right to use, license, sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of any or all of them, as well as the Organizer’s rights under this Terms and Conditions, in any manner whatsoever and without any accountability to Participant. Participants hereby assign to the Organizer all right, title and interest, throughout the world, Participant may have in and to the Images and any materials comprising all or any part of the Images, including all intellectual property rights thereto. Participant hereby irrevocably waives any and all of the moral rights and any other irrevocable rights Participants may have, throughout the world, in or to the Images and any materials comprising all or part of the Images.
    參加者承認並同意主辦單位擁有影像及其中任何部分的全部全球性權利、所有權和利益，並且主辦單位有權不受限制地以任何形式和不受任何責任地使用、許可、出售、轉讓或處置全部或其中任何一部分，包括主辦單方在本條款及細則下的權利。參加者在此將其可能擁有的影像及其中任何部分的全部權利、所有權和利益，包括所有智識產權，均轉讓給主辦單位。參加者在此不可撤銷地放棄其可能在影像及其中任何部分在全球擁有的任何及全部精神權利和任何其他不可撤銷權利。
25. To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer makes no warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, as regards to this Campaign.
    在法律允許範圍內，主辦單位皆不對本活動做任何明示或默示、事實上或法律上的保證、聲明或擔保。
26. Without limiting any other terms herein and to the extent permitted by law, the Participant indemnifies the Organizer for any breach of the above terms, conditions or warranties.
    在不限制此處任何其他條款規定的情況下及在法律所允許範圍內，參加者如有任何違反上述條款、條件或保證情事，需賠償主辦單位。
27. The Organizer’s failure to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of the same.
    若主辦單位在任何階段未行使其任何權利，並不代表放棄該權利。
28. Any costs associated with purchasing the Class tickets is the Participant’s sole responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
    為購買課堂門票所產生的任何費用皆由參加者自行負擔，且視乎其所使用的網際網路服務商所定。
29. If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, that part shall be severed from the remainder of the provisions and the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
    如果本條款及細則的任何規定被認定為全部或部分無效或無法執行，則該部分應與其餘規定分開，且其他規定的有效性和相關規定的其餘部分應持續有效。
30. The Organizer reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions at their sole and absolute discretion, whose decision is final and conclusive.
    主辦單位保留以自身唯一和絕對酌情權解釋本條款及細則的權利，其決定是最終且具有決定性的。
31. This Campaign and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
    本活動及本條款及細則以香港法律約束。
32. The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the provisions of the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
    本條款及細則的中文版本僅供參考，若英文版本與中文版本的規定不一致，以英文版本為準。

9. Photocopied or damaged Shopping Vouchers are considered invalid.

10. The Shopping Voucher is only applicable to full-priced products and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

11. In case of any disputes, lululemon reserves the right of final decision.
    如有任何爭議，lululemon 保留最終決定權。
