1. The organizer (hereafter as “lululemon” or “Organizer”) of this “lululemon space to feel” event (“Event”) is:
   「lululemon space to feel」活動（「活動」）的主辦單位 （下稱「lululemon」或「主辦單位」）為：

2. By participating in this Event, the participant(s) (“Participant(s)”) accept these Terms and Conditions which includes the Organizer’s Terms of Use, and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification and the Organizer reserves the right of final and absolute decision. In the case of any conflict of the terms and conditions between these Terms and Conditions and any other materials arising from or in connection with this Event, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
   一旦參加本活動，即代表參加者接受本條款及細則（其內容包括主辦單位之使用條款），且認可其私隱政策。任何違反本條款及細則之行為可能導致喪失參加資格。主辦單位保留最終決定權。本條款及細則若與本活動所產生或與本活動相關的任何其他資料發生衝突，以本條款及細則為準。
3. This Event commences on 24 October 8:00am Hong Kong Time (HKT) and ends on 25 October 2026 9:00pm HKT (“Event Dates”).
   活動日期由香港時間2026年10月24日上午8時正開始至2026年10月25日晚上9時正結束（「活動日期」）。
4. This Event comprises of Welcome Zone, Movement Zone, Connection Zone and Mindfulness Zone (defined below) which will take place at Ocean Terminal Deck, Harbour City, 3–27 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong (“Event Venue”). Strollers, large luggage and pets are not allowed inside the Event Venue.
   活動由歡迎區、活動區、連結區及靜觀區（見以下定義）組成，地點為香港九龍尖沙咀廣東道3-27號海港城海運觀點（「活動場地」）。不可攜帶嬰兒車、大型行李及寵物進入活動場地內。

Class 課堂

5. Participant can register for any class(es) (“Class(es)”) provided by lululemon on Event website. Please refer to Appendix I for full Class list.
   參加者可以在活動網站登記參加由lululemon提供的課堂（「課堂」）。請參閱附錄I查看完整課堂列表。
6. Date, time, location and details of the Classes are shown on Event website. Participants should read all the information and agree to the relevant terms and conditions before registering for the Classes.
   課堂的日期、時間、地點和詳細內容均在活動網站上顯示。參加者在登記參加課堂前應詳細閱讀所有資料並同意有關條款及細則。
7. If any of the Class instructors is unable to attend the relevant Class due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute such instructor with other instructor without further notice.
   如果因主辦單位不可控制之情況下以致任何課堂導師未能出席有關課堂，主辦單位保留安排其他導師出席該課堂的權利，而不作另行通知。
8. The Classes will be held at Movement Zone, located on The Terrace at the Event Venue, which is only accessible to Participants who have registered for a Class (“Class Participant(s)”). Class Participants should present their confirmation email at the Welcome Zone registration counter in the lobby of the Event Venue to collect an event wristband (“Wristband”) and enter The Terrace. Those without a Wristband will not be able to enter The Terrace.
   課堂將在活動場地 The Terrace 之活動區舉行，The Terrace只供已登記參加課堂的參加者（「課堂參加者」）進入。課堂參加者可於活動場地大堂之歡迎區登記處出示確認電郵以領取活動手帶（「活動手帶」）並進入 The Terrace。未有活動手帶的人士將不可進入The Terrace。
9. The Terrace will only open for Class Participants to enter at the start time of each Class. Class Participants arriving before the start time of their registered Class must queue outside the Terrace according to the on-site staff’s instructions.
   The Terrace會在每個課堂開始時間才會開放予課堂參加者進入。早於其登記的課堂開始時間到達的課堂參加者需跟根據在場工作人員指示於The Terrace外排隊等候。
10. Class Participants will only be allowed to participate in their registered Class(es). All spots for the Classes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    課堂參加者只可參與其登記的課堂。 所有參與名額均不可更換、不可轉讓，並且不能兌換現金。
11. If Class Participants are unable to attend their registered Class(es), their spots will be void and no compensation or exchanges will be arranged. Class Participants who arrive 15 minutes after the start time of their registered Class will be deemed as absent and refused entry to the Terrace.
    如課堂參加者未能出席其登記的課堂，其參與名額將會作廢而不會獲安排更換課堂或賠償。課堂參加者如在其登記的課堂開始時間15 分鐘後到達，將被視為缺席及不被允許進入The Terrace。
12. After the Class ends, Class Participants shall follow the instructions of the on-site staff when leaving the Terrace.
    課堂結束後，課堂參加者須依據在場工作人員指示離開The Terrace。
13. Class Participants must be in proper physical condition to participate in their registered Class. On site staff may disallow any Class Participant who appears or is suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the Class. Organizer reserves the right of final and absolute decision.
    課堂參加者須身體狀況良好，有能力參加其登記的課堂。在場工作人員在得悉或懷疑的情況下，有權拒絕任何不適宜參加課堂的課堂參加者參加課堂，主辦單位保留最終決定權。

Registration of Class 課堂登記

14. Ticket Sale Period: 8 October 2026 onwards until spots last
    售票日期：2026年10月8日至課堂額滿為止
15. Class Ticket Price: HK$450 / Class
    課堂票價：HK$450 / 堂

1. The Class Ticket Price comprises the HK$350 cost of the Class, and a HK$100 donation by the Organizer to Mind Hong Kong for each Class attended.
   課堂票價包括HK$350課堂費用，以及每位課堂參加者每出席一堂課堂時，由主辦單位向香港心聆捐出的 HK$100。
2. Class Participant will receive a HK$200 lululemon Harbour City Store shopping voucher (“Shopping Voucher”) for each Class registered. Please refer to Appendix II for Terms & Conditions of the Shopping Voucher.
   每報名參加一堂課堂，課堂參加者即可獲得 HK$200 lululemon 海港城專門店購物禮券（「購物禮券」）一張。購物禮券之條款及細則請參閱附錄II。
3. Each Class Participant will receive a food and beverage voucher (“F&B Voucher(s)”) when receiving their Wristbands. On the day of their registered Class, Class Participants can use the F&B Voucher to redeem specified drink and snack at the relevant booth(s) operated by Organizer’s Event partner(s) in the Event Venue. Each F&B Voucher can only be used to redeem one drink and one snack. The on-site staff will stamp on the F&B Voucher when redeeming the drink and snack.
   每位課堂參加者於領取活動手帶時，將獲得餐飲換領劵（「餐飲換領劵」）一張。課堂參加者可於其登記課堂當日，憑餐飲換領券到活動埸地內由主辦單位的活動合作夥伴營運的相關攤位換領指定的飲品及小食。每張餐飲換領劵只可換領一枝飲品及一份小食。換領飲品及小食時，在場工作人員將於餐飲換領劵上蓋印。
4. Each Class Participant will receive a tea voucher (“Tea Voucher(s)”) when receiving their Wristbands. On the day of their registered Class, Class Participants can use the Tea Voucher to redeem specified tea bag at Senses Circle located in the Event Venue (“Senses Circle”). Each Tea Voucher can only be used to redeem one tea bag. The on-site staff will stamp on the Tea Voucher when redeeming the tea bag.
   每位課堂參加者於領取活動手帶時，將獲得茶包換領劵（「茶包換領劵」）一張。課堂參加者可於其登記課堂當日，到活動埸地內的 Senses Circle（「Senses Circle」）換領指定茶包一個。每張茶包換領劵只可換領茶包一個。換領茶包時，在場工作人員將於茶包換領劵上蓋印。
5. All drinks, snacks and tea bags are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If Participants do not attend their registered Class, they will not receive the same.
   所有飲品、小食及茶包均不可退換，並且不能兌換現金。如參加者缺席其登記的課堂，將不會獲得飲品、小食及茶包。

16. To register: 登記方法：

1. each Class Participant must be aged 18 or above;
   課堂參加者須年滿18歲或以上；
2. each Class Participant can only register for a maximum of 2 Classes;
   每位課堂參加者只可以登記參加最多2堂課堂；
3. a confirmation email will be sent to the Class Participants upon successful registration.
   課堂參加者成功登記參加課堂後會收到確認電郵。

17. Cancellation & Refund 取消及退款

1. All registered Classes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable.
   所有已登記的課堂不設取消、更換或退款。
2. In case a Class is cancelled, the Organizer will notify the relevant Class Participant in writing at least 24 hours before such Class starts (except for cancellation due to bad weather). The Organizer will then cause a refund of the price Class Participant has paid for such Class. Refund will be made to Class Participant’s original payment method and Class Participant can receive the money back in 7-14 working days according to bank practice.
   如有課堂被取消，主辦單位會在該課堂開始前最少 24 小時以書面形式通知有關課堂參加者及安排退款（因惡劣天氣而取消除外）。退款會於 7 至 14 個工作天退回課堂參加者在登記參加該課堂時使用的付款方式（退款到賬時間根據銀行慣例而定）。

Connection Zone 連結區

1. Connection Zone (“Connection Zone”) set at The Lawn (“Connection Zone”) is only accessible to Participants. Participants must enter The Lawn with a Wristband. Those without a Wristband will not be able to enter The Terrace.
   The Lawn連結區（「連結區」）只供參加者進入。課堂參加者需配戴活動手帶以進入 The Lawn。未有活動手帶的人士將不可進入The Lawn。
2. Participants can join the Connection Zone set at The Lawn for free.
   參加者可免費參加設於活動場地The Lawn的連結區。
3. Participants can join “lululemon space to feel Photo and Video Sharing Activation” (“Sharing Activation”) for free and get a chance to win prizes.
   參加者可免費參加「lululemon space to feel 相片及影片分享活動」（「分享活動」），有機會贏取禮品。
4. Participants can join the Senses Circle for free. Participants should follow the instructions of educator to line up and join the experience.
   參加者可免費參加 Senses Circle 體驗。參加者需遵從產品教育專員指示排隊及參加體驗。
5. Participants may take part in the eye mask trial provided and operated by the Organizer’s Event sponsor, Domayn (“Partnered Brand”) for free. Participants must follow the instructions of the Partnered Brand’s on-site staff when queuing for and participating in the trial. Before participating in the trial, Participants must scan the QR Code on-site, complete the sign up form and agree to the Partner Brand’s applicable terms and conditions. To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer makes no representation or warranty regarding, and accepts no responsibility or liability for, the eye masks or the trial experience, including their quality, safety, suitability or performance. Participants should contact the Partnered Brand’s on-site staff for details or any enquiries relating to the trial.
   參加者可免費參加由主辦單位的活動贊助商 Domayn（「合作品牌」）提供及營運的眼罩試戴體驗。參加者排隊及參與體驗時，須遵從合作品牌之現場工作人員的指示。參加者必需於參與體驗前掃描現場二維碼、填寫參加表格，並同意合作品牌適用的條款及細則。在法律允許的範圍內，主辦單位不就眼罩或試戴體驗（包括其品質、安全性、適用性或效能）作出任何陳述或保證，亦不承擔任何責任。參加者如欲了解體驗詳請或作出任何相關查詢，應聯絡合作品牌之現場工作人員。

Mindfulness Zone 靜觀區

6. Participants can scan the QR Code at the Mindfulness Zone to listen to the guided meditation track pre-recorded by the Organizer. Participants are advised to bring devices that can scan the QR code and headphones to enjoy the meditation space that best suits them.
   參加者可以在靜觀區掃描二維碼，收聽由主辦單位預先錄製的引導冥想音軌。建議參加者自備可掃描二維碼的設備和耳機，以享受最適合自己的冥想空間。
7. A limited number of headphones will be available on-site for borrowing, but due to high attendance, waiting times are not guaranteed.
   現場將有少量耳機供借用，但由於參加人數眾多，輪候時間無法保證。

Severe Weather and Event Changes 惡劣天氣及活動安排

8. Rescheduling due to adverse weather
   因惡劣天氣而改期

1. If the Organizer reasonably anticipates that adverse weather or other weather-related conditions may affect the safe or proper operation of the Event on the originally scheduled Event Dates, the Organizer reserves the right to reschedule the Event to 31 October and 1 November 2026 at the same location.
   如主辦單位合理預計原定活動日期的惡劣天氣或其他與天氣相關的情況可能影響活動安全或正常舉行，主辦單位保留將活動改期至 2026 年 10 月 31 日及 11 月 1 日，並於同一地點舉行的權利。
2. Where practicable, lululemon will announce any such rescheduling on lululemon Hong Kong Instagram (@lululemonhk) at least 7 days before the originally scheduled commencement of the Event.
   在可行情況下，主辦單位將於原定活動開始日期最少 7 日前，透過 lululemon Hong Kong Instagram（@lululemonhk）公布有關改期安排。
3. If the Event is rescheduled, lululemon reserves the right to change the class schedule, instructors, class details, programme content and/or zone components where reasonably necessary.
   如活動改期，主辦單位保留因應實際需要更改課堂時間表、導師、課堂詳情、活動內容及／或場內各區內容的權利。

9. Attendance and refunds following rescheduling
   活動改期後的出席及退款安排

1. Participants may choose to attend the corresponding rescheduled Class. Participants who attend their rescheduled Class will be deemed to have attended the Event and will not be entitled to any refund or other compensation in connection with the rescheduling.
   參加者可選擇出席相應的改期課堂。參加者如出席改期後的課堂，將視作已出席活動，並不會因活動改期而獲得任何退款或其他形式的補償。
2. Participants who choose not to attend the rescheduled Class for any reason may request a refund on or before 30 October 2026 as follows:
   如參加者因任何原因選擇不出席改期後的課堂，可於2026 年 10 月 30 日或之前按以下安排申請退款：

1. Participants who have redeemed the Shopping Voucher will receive a refund of HK$250 only; and
   已兌換購物禮券的參加者，只會獲退回 HK$250；及
2. Participants who have not redeemed the Shopping Voucher will receive a full refund of the registration fee paid.
   未有兌換購物禮券的參加者，將獲全數退回已繳付的報名費。

10. Cancellation of the rescheduled Event due to adverse weather
    改期後因惡劣天氣取消活動

1. If, after the Event has been rescheduled to 31 October and 1 November 2026, the Organizer determines that the Event or any Class cannot safely or reasonably proceed due to adverse weather or related conditions, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the affected Event Date and/or Class.
   如活動改期至 2026 年 10 月 31 日及 11 月 1 日後，主辦單位因惡劣天氣或相關情況而認為活動或個別課堂未能安全或適當地舉行，主辦單位保留取消受影響活動日期及／或課堂的權利。
2. Where practicable, the cancellation will be announced on lululemon Hong Kong Instagram (@lululemonhk) at least 1 hour before the relevant Class starts.
   在可行情況下，lululemon 將於相關課堂開始前最少 1 小時，透過 lululemon Hong Kong Instagram（@lululemonhk）公布取消安排。
3. For any Class cancelled under this paragraph:
   就本條款下被取消的課堂：

1. Participants who have redeemed the Shopping Voucher will receive a refund of HK$250 only; and
   已兌換購物禮券的參加者，只會獲退回 HK$250；及
2. Participants who have not redeemed the Shopping Voucher will receive a full refund of the registration fee paid.
   未有兌換購物禮券的參加者，將獲全數退回已繳付的報名費。

11. Sudden weather changes during the Event
    活動期間突發天氣情況

1. Weather conditions may change unexpectedly. If adverse weather, heavy rain or other conditions arise on the Event Date or during the Event, the Organizer reserves the right, having regard to safety and operational considerations, to delay, suspend, shorten, modify or cancel any individual Class, activity, zone or the Event as a whole, including after a Class has commenced.
   天氣情況可能突然轉變。如在活動日期當日或活動進行期間出現惡劣天氣、暴雨或其他可能影響安全或活動運作的情況，主辦單位有權因應安全及營運需要，延遲、暫停、縮短、更改或取消任何個別課堂、活動、場內區域或整個活動，包括已經開始的課堂。
2. Participants must follow any on-site instructions given by the Organizer or its event staff in the above circumstances.
   在上述情況下，參加者須遵從 lululemon 或活動現場工作人員的指示。
3. No refund or other compensation will be provided where any Class, activity, zone or the Event as a whole is delayed, suspended, shortened, modified or cancelled under this paragraph due to sudden adverse weather or other conditions arising on the Event Date or during the Event.
   如任何個別課堂、活動、場內區域或整個活動因活動日期當日或活動進行期間突發的惡劣天氣或其他情況而根據本條款被延遲、暫停、縮短、更改或取消，參加者將不會獲得任何退款或其他形式的補償。

12. Where a refund is payable under these Terms and Conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after 15 November 2026 and returned to the original payment method used by the Participant when registering for the Class.
    如參加者根據本條款可獲退款，有關款項將於 2026 年 11 月 15 日後 7 至 14 個工作天內處理，並退回至參加者報名時使用的原有付款方式。

Health & Safety 健康及安全

13. Participant agrees and acknowledges that: (a) Participant is in proper physical condition to participate in the Event and is aware that participation could, in some circumstances, may result in physical injury, serious physical injury or death; and (b) Participants understands Participant’s physical limitations and is sufficiently self-aware to stop physical activity before Participant becomes ill or injured.
    參加者同意及了解：(a) 參加者身體狀況良好，有能力參加活動，並且知道某些情況下參加活動有可能導致身體受傷、嚴重身體傷害或死亡；(b) 參加者了解自己的身體限制，並且具有足夠的自我意識，在感到不適或受傷之前停止身體活動。
14. Participant is aware that it is advisable to consult a physician prior to participating in the Event. If Participant has consulted a physician, Participant must follow the physician’s advice.
    參加者知道如有需要應在參加活動之前諮詢醫生建議。如果參加者已經諮詢了醫生，參加者必須遵從醫生的建議。
15. Participant is aware that there is no obligation for any person to provide Participant with medical care during the Event. Participant understands and acknowledges that: (a) there may be no aid stations available for the Event; and (b) if medical care is rendered to Participant, Participant consents to that care if Participant is unable to give Participant’s consent for any reason at the time that the care is rendered.
    參加者明白在活動期間，沒有任何人有義務為參加者提供醫療支援。參加者了解並清楚：(a) 活動上可能沒有任何救援設備；(b) 如果有醫療支援提供予參加者，而參加者因任何原因而無法在支援提供時給予同意，參加者同意接受該支援。

Liability 免責聲明

16. “Claim(s)” includes but is not limited to any and all liabilities, claims, demands, legal actions, rights of actions for damages, loss, personal injury or death in connection with participation in the Event.
    「索償」包括但不限於涉及參加活動的損害、損失、人身傷害或死亡的任何和所有責任、索償、要求、法律行動、行為權利。
17. Participant hereby, for Participant’s self and for Participant’s heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns, fully release, waive and forever discharge any and all rights or Claims that Participant may have now or in the future, against the Organizer, even if the Claims are based on the carelessness, negligence, wilful misconduct, default or gross negligence of the Organizer or anyone else. Without limiting the foregoing, Participant further releases any recourse which Participant may now or hereafter have resulting from any decision of the Organizer.
    參加者在此代表自己及其繼承人、遺產繼承人、執行人、管理人和受讓人，完全解除、放棄並永久性地撤銷參加者現在或將來可能對主辦單位所擁有的任何和所有權利或索償，即使這些索償基於主辦單位或其他人的不小心、疏忽、故意的不當行為、過失或嚴重疏忽。在不局限上述內容的原則下，參加者進一步放棄現在或將來因主辦單位的任何決定而可能採取的任何追索行動。
18. Participant agrees not to sue the Organizer for Claims, even if the Claims arise from the carelessness, negligence, wilful misconduct, default or gross negligence of the Organizer or anyone else. Participant agrees to indemnify (reimburse for any damage or loss) and hold harmless the Organizer from any damage, loss or liability (including any reasonable legal fees they may incur) defending any Claim made by the Participant or anyone making a Claim on Participant’s behalf, even if the Claim is alleged to or did result from the carelessness, negligence, wilful misconduct, default or gross negligence of any Organizer or anyone else.
    參加者同意即使索償是由主辦單位或其他人的不小心、疏忽、故意的不當行為、過失或嚴重疏忽引起的，也不會對主辦單位提起訴訟。參加者同意對主辦單位進行賠償（補償任何損失或損害），並使其免受任何損害、損失或責任的影響（包括其可能產生的任何合理的法律費用），以保護其對參加者提出的任何索償或任何代表參加者提出索償的人的防禦，即使該索償被聲稱或確實是由任何主辦單位或其他人的不小心、疏忽、故意的不當行為、過失、或嚴重疏忽引起的。

General Terms 一般條款

19. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect, consequential or special loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with or arising from this Event.
    對於與本活動有關或由本活動導致而遭受的任何損失或損害（包括但不限於間接、附帶或特別損失），或因本活動而遭受或持續的人身傷害，主辦單位概不負責。
20. Participant grants Participant’s permission to the Organizer, to utilize any photographs, motion pictures, videotapes, recordings and other references or records of the Event which may depict, record or refer to Participant for any purpose (“Images”), including commercial use by the Organizer. This permission is for use anywhere in the world and on the internet and for an unlimited period of time. Participant understands and agrees that Participant will not be compensated or receive additional consideration for consenting to the use of the Images and that Participant will not be given a chance to receive, inspect or approve the promotional or marketing material, messages and/or content that may use the Images. Participant hereby releases the Organizer including, without limitation, all persons who took or otherwise created, recorded or modified the Images, from any and all claims, actions, damages, interest, costs, expense and compensation of whatsoever kind and howsoever arising, whether known or unknown, and which Participant now has or at any time hereafter can, shall or may have in connection with, or in any way resulting or arising from, the Images and the creation, use or disposition of them.
    參加者同意授予主辦單位使用任何可能描述、記錄或提及參加者的活動相片、動態圖片、錄影帶、錄音帶和其他參考資料或活動記錄，以供任何目的使用（「影像」），包括主辦單位的商業用途。此授權可在全球任何地方和互聯網上使用，並可無限期持續。參加者明白並同意，參加者不會因同意使用這些影像而獲得任何補償或收取額外代價，且參加者不會有機會查看或批准有可能使用這些影像的促銷或市場材料、信息和/或內容。參加者在此解除主辦單位，包括但不限於所有拍攝、創建、記錄或修改影像的人，免受參加者現在或將來可能因影像的創建、使用或處置而產生的任何和所有索償、行動、損害、利益、成本、費用和補償的影響，不論其種類為何和如何引致、已知或未知。
21. Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Organizer shall own all right, title and interest, throughout the world, in and to the Images and any materials compromising all or any part of the Images, and the Organizer has the unrestricted right to use, license, sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of any or all of them, as well as the Organizer’s rights under this Terms and Conditions, in any manner whatsoever and without any accountability to Participant. Participants hereby assign to the Organizer all right, title and interest, throughout the world, Participant may have in and to the Images and any materials comprising all or any part of the Images, including all intellectual property rights thereto. Participant hereby irrevocably waives any and all of the moral rights and any other irrevocable rights Participants may have, throughout the world, in or to the Images and any materials comprising all or part of the Images.
    參加者承認並同意主辦單位擁有影像及其中任何部分的全部全球性權利、所有權和利益，並且主辦單位有權不受限制地以任何形式和不受任何責任地使用、許可、出售、轉讓或處置全部或其中任何一部分，包括主辦單位在本條款及細則下的權利。參加者在此將其可能擁有的影像及其中任何部分的全部權利、所有權和利益，包括所有智識產權，均轉讓給主辦單位。參加者在此不可撤銷地放棄其可能在影像及其中任何部分在全球擁有的任何及全部精神權利和任何其他不可撤銷權利。
22. To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer makes no warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, as regards to this Event.
    在法律允許範圍內，主辦單位皆不對本活動做任何明示或默示、事實上或法律上的保證、聲明或擔保。
23. Without limiting any other terms herein and to the extent permitted by law, the Participant indemnifies the Organizer for any breach of the above terms, conditions or warranties.

24. The Organizer’s failure to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of the same.

25. Any costs associated with purchasing the Event tickets is the Participant’s sole responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
    為購買活動門票所產生的任何費用皆由參加者自行負擔，且視乎其所使用的網際網路服務商所定。
26. If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, that part shall be severed from the remainder of the provisions and the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
    如果本條款及細則的任何規定被認定為全部或部分無效或無法執行，則該部分應與其餘規定分開，且其他規定的有效性和相關規定的其餘部分應持續有效。
27. The Organizer reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions at their sole and absolute discretion, whose decision is final and conclusive.

28. This Event and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
    本活動及本條款及細則以香港法律約束。
29. The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the provisions of the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
    本條款及細則的中文版本僅供參考，若英文版本與中文版本的規定不一致，以英文版本為準。

1. For every purchase of HK$800 or more at lululemon Harbour City Store in Hong Kong, one “HK$200 lululemon Harbour City store shopping voucher” (“Shopping Voucher”) can be used.
